My wife and I moved to
Pearland four years ago and have wanted to open our own restaurant
ever since—we could see that Pearland, especially the Silverlake
area, needed its own neighborhood grill, where families felt comfortable
and everyone could come for an affordable meal in a relaxing atmosphere.
